When you contact us, request a brochure or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, company, phone number, country and message.
When you visit our website, we collect technical data such as pages visited, device and browser information, and how you arrived on our site. Cookies used for analytics and advertising are only set if you consent to them.
Why we use your data
We use your data to answer your enquiries, send you the information you requested, send newsletters and marketing about Watermaster products and services, and improve our website and advertising.
Legal basis
Newsletters and marketing emails are based on your consent. Answering your enquiries is based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Analytics and advertising cookies are based on your consent.
Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers to run our website and marketing:
MailerLite (email newsletters and signup forms)
Google (Analytics, Ads, reCAPTCHA spam protection and YouTube videos)
Microsoft (Clarity website analytics and Microsoft Advertising)
OpenAI (measurement of ads shown in ChatGPT)
CookieYes (cookie consent management)
Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. In these cases, transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep your data
